For customers and guests, valet parking provides elegant door to door service that is considered a convenience, particularly in bad weather. It also adds a touch of ambience to the evening.
Others might consider valet parking a nuisance, feeling forced to turn their keys over to someone they don"t know or feel obligated to pay a valet parking fee. In many cases however, the venue typically works out an arrangement with the valet parking service they hire so that patrons don't have to pay for this service; the fee for valet parking is taken care of in advance by the restaurant or country club.
An experienced, reliable valet parking company also hold certifcates of insurance, provide training and background checks on all of their employees, and consults with the hiring venue well in advance to ensure smooth transitions (and work out any possible glitches in advance.)
For those who are still a bit unsure about handing their keys over, consider the venue you are visiting...if the type of service they provide to their customers is of the highest level, than be rest assured they won't skimp out on anything else, including the valet parking company they hire.
